Types of Requests You Can Make
Vacation Leave Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and adequate coverage, all vacation leave requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the desired start date. This timeframe allows us to review your request, make necessary adjustments, and provide a seamless experience for both team members and clients.

Sick Leave Policy
To assist with scheduling and ensure team coverage, please submit sick leave requests at least one day before your expected absence. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to support our operations.
If an emergency or sudden illness prevents advance notice, please notify your manager as early as possible on the day of absence. Thank you for helping us maintain a reliable and effective team environment.
Work on Holiday Policy
For those interested in working on a public holiday, please submit your request at least one week prior to the holiday date. This advance notice helps us plan effectively, ensuring we have appropriate coverage and can support our clients’ needs during the holiday period.
Holiday shifts may include additional compensation or time-off benefits, depending on the holiday and staffing requirements. Approval will be based on demand and scheduling needs. Thank you for your willingness to support our team during these times.
