This is the best gym in the world. Community atmosphere that’s welcoming and fun you forget you’re there to exercise. But you do exercise and exercise well! Brendan, Aaron, and the team are creative and encouraging instructors who drive you to your full potential. There are tons of gyms I could walk to from my home, but I choose to drive 15km to AB Health and Fitness. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

What I like the most about AB is how family friendly it is. I can take my children with me when I work out, which is the sole reason I was able to return to working out. They are welcome and well known around the place as everyone is welcoming and friendly, staff and members alike. Both of my children have spent time in the kid’s fitness classes. During lockdown they were encouraged to join in on the workouts. They feel as comfortable at the gym as I do.
I also love how much AB puts back into the community, combining fundraising and fitness.
I have been with AB Corporate for just over 12 months now and have not been this fit since high school. This gym is not a regular gym. The trainers go above and beyond. They have a great variety of classes at all different times of the day. You regularly set short term/ long term goals and they check in on how you’re going. I have made many good gym friends here too because it is a such a fun environment. Cannot recommend Aaron and Brendan and the rest if the AB Crew highly enough.

AB Health and Fitness is a great gym to go to in normal times, but they have really gone above and beyond during lockdown- lots of online zoom classes to suit anybody’s schedule, plus they are super motivating during current circumstances!
During the first covid lockdown in 2020, I decide to join AB Health & Fitness to keep active while my world grew smaller and we were confined to our homes. They were about the only ones that were doing zoom classes at the time, so from the comfort of my own home, I was suddenly able to be guided into exercising (after a 15 year hiatus!). I was looking for a way to keep fit, shed some weight and feel better, but what I found was so much more! Aaron, Brendan and the whole AB crew have created a uniquely supportive and encouraging community where anyone can go and feel safe, valued and understood. Their inclusive attitude to health and well-being means that anyone can come along at any stage of their fitness journey and get involved. There’s something for everyone, and the AB team provide support and guidance every step of the way. They are so much more than a gym and will continue to be important players in my journey towards better health in the future.
My wife has been with AB for over 12 months. Their support to her and the other members over COVID was brilliant and so helpful at that time. I’ve jumped on board the last 6 weeks for a challenge and I’ve enjoyed every minute. Aaron and Brendan are inspirational and really care about their people. It is such a close family environment I can see why their members are so committed and loyal. I’ve worked in health and fitness for over 20 years, but envy the passion and dedication these guys push out every day. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
AB Health & Fitness need a medal for getting me out of bed most mornings for a 6am workout. I never thought in a million years I would be committed to joining a fitness club, let alone doing daily workouts. A year later and I’m still highly motivated. I cannot even make up excuses to not work out because they had me create a list of excuses in the beginning and formulate a mitigation plan to overcome obstacles.
Aaron, Brendan and team are full of fun, energy and positivity. They make every session lively and enjoyable. Being part of the AB Health & Fitness Family has been one of the most rewarding self-investments I’ve made in a very long time, especially since having kids. I can’t thank them enough.
It’s been just over 12months since I joined AB Health and Fitness and I need to say big thank you to the brilliant team for the great & successful journey I’ve had so far. I can’t imagine how I could have done it without you guys.
I originally wanted to start with 3 months of PT sessions as a trial and here I am over 12months later and I’m still enjoying the ride! Over this time the team have all helped me to reach my goals. My pot belly is gone and I’m at my target weight. I’ve shredded over 15Kg in weight and have improved my health and lifestyle all in the first 6 months, which now feels like the normal. I’m eating healthier and more importantly, I feel and am healthier.
Reflecting on the 12months I must say I never considered the other benefits I now also realise. The increase in my overall strength, endurance when out hiking or cycling, my balance and general health, which at 56years of age is a bonus. I also noted the mental strength I’ve gained through the sessions and regular exercising and how that contributes to an improved day to day life, whether it’s at work or private.
Thanks again for your very positive support for the care and encouragement – in particular during the recent pandemic lockdowns and the remote sessions. You and your team are amazing and without your backing, I wouldn’t be where I am now.

I had a couple of reasons for joining the gym.
The first reason was my general health and wellbeing which was in a poor state. I had come to realise that I needed to take action so I was looking for help with that. The second reason is very good friends of mine who as members had made excellent improvements in themselves. They also talked very positively about the experience at AB. On top of that my friend Daniel was constantly challenging me to join and I can’t say no to a challenge. My favourite class is boxing. I’m not sure why but punching the bags is very cathartic.

Honestly the best gym I have been a member of. I live 45 minutes away and still take the time to drive over for classes.
Trainers take the time to help you with the little things, someone who was not very confident with their health and fitness like me, found it really easy to fit right in and improve my technique and form.
Each class feels more like a PT session, the personal aspect the trainers bring to each and every class is second to none.
Highly recommend AB Health and Fitness.

By far the best gym I have been to. The trainers are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help their members achieve their goals and keep the facilities clean and well maintained. Not to mention the very friendly, welcoming community who, as well as the trainers, always have such a fun, positive vibe.
