We get in touch to confirm your start date
One of the team will reach out to confirm your start and answer any questions before your first session.

Come in for your InBody scan
Before week one, we do a quick body composition scan. Takes five minutes and gives you a real baseline to work from.

Train Monday & Wednesday at 7pm
Show up, train with the group, go home. Rinse and repeat for five weeks. That's it.

Finish the program — decide what's next
At the end of five weeks, you'll know if this is for you. If you want to keep going, joining the gym is straightforward and there's no pressure either way.

Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. The whole point is that you start where you are. Every session is adjusted for your current fitness level. You won't be thrown in the deep end.
I've got an old injury — can I still do it?
Most likely, yes. We modify sessions for injuries all the time. Let us know what you're dealing with when you sign up and we'll make sure the program works for you.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We'll work with you to make sure you still get value from the program. Just let us know in advance where possible.
Am I locked in after the 5 weeks?
Not at all. $25 gets you five weeks, full stop. If you want to keep training after that, we'll show you the options. No hard sell, no pressure.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable training gear, runners, and a water bottle. That's it. We've got everything else.
